Lake Ontario Club Cruising Association (LOCCA) is a membership organization whose vision is to support cruising programs that are provided by individual yacht clubs around Lake Ontario (US and Canada).  OOYC has been a member for several years, as are most of the yacht clubs around the lake (Canada and US).
