Yes, You Can Learn to Sail!

Oak Orchard Yacht Club will offer two sessions of Adult Sailing instruction this summer, with each session consisting of three consecutive Saturday mornings.  This instructional program is designed to familiarize a new adult sailor with sailing basics or build upon the experience of someone who has sailed a little bit but has had no formal training.

Our approach to instruction is friendly, laid back and lots of fun. Most instruction time is spent out on the lake in one of our 26’ to 36’ sailboats that are very stable and accommodate up to four trainees each class.

Cost:  $275 per session

Price adjustments are not offered for partial course attendance. Class schedule, days and times may need to be adjusted in the event of inclement or unsafe weather conditions.

Additional private lessons may be available upon request after you have completed your classes.
