Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
All Sailors must have completed a Medical History and Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please download, print, and fill out these forms. Email Kim Hofmann at Membership@ooyc.org to be sent a custom invoice for your registration type.

*To secure a session you will have the option to mail a check for a $30 registration fee.

Sailors must be able to swim 50 yards without the use of a flotation device. You must bring your properly fitted PFD to every session. Campers must be 8 years old by the first day of selected session. Campers must also bring a packed lunch, water bottle, and change of clothes each day appropriate for that day's forecasted weather conditions. Students will not be required to purchase any new gear for the class.

Youth Sailing Lessons to learn how to rig a sailboat and tie the important knots, how to solo sail in a small sailboat with both mainsail and jib, rules of the road while boating, some basic race skills, and safety rules for all boats.
